Tim Fredheim |
Tim graduated law school in 1994. After passing the Maine and Massachusetts bar exams he entered the mortgage-lending field. He has been working hard for homeowners and new homebuyers ever since. During this time he has grasped significant knowledge in all areas of the mortgage industry, and loves to help new first time homebuyers get qualified and purchase their fist home. He also enjoys spending time with those people who have credit challenges, cleaning up the issues and getting them qualified for a good interest rate. |

Marc has been a loan officer with Merrimack Mortgage Co. for eight years and in
the home mortgage business for over ten years. He specializes in FHA, VA,
Conventional, non-prime, and new construction financing. Marc's vast experience
as a mortgage loan officer allows him to provide his customers with the
financial advice and information they need in order to make wise home-financing

Lorne is a University of Maine graduate class of '90. Lorne has been in the mortgage business for 12+ years and has held numerous management positions. He enjoys working on Renovation loans and New Construction financing, he also likes to deal with First time Homebuyers as well. Lorne has won many awards in the mortgage business for production and customers service and the one he is most proud of is being named the Merrymeeting Board of Realtors Affiliate of the year. As a team member of Merrimack Mortgage, Inc., I have over 35 years of experience in customer service, relations, sales, marketing, and mortgage management. My services in real estate have been offered since 1984, and I have worked for a major fortune 500 company for 22 years as a regional director.
I joined the Merrimack
team as a loan officer in 2008 and have worked in the following
markets: Los Angeles, Denver, Boston, Atlanta, Tampa and NY. Some of
my interests include coaching Pop Warner football and little league
baseball, and I also enjoy skiing, cycling, kayaking and traveling.
I have won numerous awards in customer service and I am focused on
exceeding all my clients expectations. I have a family history in
Maine going back over 150 years and have a greater understanding of
the needs of Mainers as well as people seeking to own a part of
Maine. |

Wai Kue Yee

Wai graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 2003. Right
after graduating he started his career at TD Bank in retail banking
as a Customer Service Rep. He then moved on to TD Wealth Management
where he became a Financial Advisory Operations Specialist, where he
mainly dealt with Operational and Compliance investment issues for
the company in Maine. Wai has been in the financial industry for 6
years and is familiar with how markets work, and in the customer
